Designing your dream home is a lifelong goal for most, but it can be overwhelming. We are here to help. For this project, our clients wanted to renovate their home by adding a pool and terrace for their kids to play in and expanding the bedrooms and kitchen to accommodate their needs. Bringing a modern look and feel to the entire house was vital for their vision to come to life. We provided our client with set of renovated floor plans, full 3D model of interior and exterior design and realistic renderings so they could see how their dream home looks like before hand.

This terrace had to adapt to a very tropical and wet area. We had to use two layers of overhangs to limit the rain and sun from the living area meanwhile keeping the space as open and integrated with nature as desired.
For this renovation the focus was to impact the floor plan and facade to obtain an open and modern result. We made precise and minimal architectural movements; creating wide fenestrations on the facades and more interior open space.
Textures and finishes are vital when creating modern and minimal architecture that want to seamlessly open and interact with nature. Exposed cement, wood finishes, stone, glass and white horizontal lines.
